These boots were made for walking… away when the situation no longer suits me!
As business owners (especially WOMEN business owners) we try to look at the best in people, in order to stick-it-out and make things work.
(lol it sounds like I’m talking about relationships rn)
But the thing is, you need to trust your gut and believe people when they show you who they are!
But when we decide to throw in the towel and call it quits - we look at it like WE failed. When it’s actually the complete opposite.
If you’re having trouble deciding on whether or not a professional relationship not longer suits you - you need to ask yourself these questions:
→ Am I being fulfilled?
→ Can I fix the current dynamic myself?
→ Are we going 50/50 most days?
→ Am I letting my ego get in the way?
→ Am I looking at them how I wish they were, instead of how they ACTUALLY are?
Whether it’s a client relationship, a romantic relationship, or a family relationship - these questions can help save you from being taken advantage of!
Take this from someone who has a hard time calling it quits - I’m a Virgo for crying out loud, I try to stick it out even when the situation is doing me more harm than good.
